We came up to Signal Mountain for spring break to visit for a week. We found Signal Mountain Athletic Club and really enjoyed the facilities. The gym has plenty of modern equipment with a wide variety of different types. The atmosphere is very friendly with all members putting their weights away and not filming themselves. The staff keeps the facility very clean and the music is good. The prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend using this gym if you are in the area.

Gym is ok. Steam sauna broken and closed for good. Dry sauna is ok. They close the locker room M-W-F for cleaning from 1- 2:30PM right the middle of the day. The cleaning lady is very rude. It’s not worth the 70$ per a month. I go to YMCA now. Cancelled my membership. The owner needs to take control of his rude employee’s. Or this place will go more downhill.

This gym is so convenient, good equipment and the staff seem nice. My problem is for the last two months, I have been told I didn’t pay my bill. Last month I received a receipt which I had with me so no problem. When I paid for my current month (by check) they didn’t give me a receipt and now say I never paid. Make sure you always get a receipt when giving them any money.

Very low key gym. Great atmosphere if you are a beginner or more experienced. They seem to be getting new equipment all the time. It's never hard to find weights or get on a machine you need. Nice mix of free weights, hammer strength and machines. Also there's a great amount of cardio. The Staff is awesome and membership is priced well. It's a far better option than going off the mountain.

I actually stumbled on these reviews while looking for a different website. I have been a member at this gym for 20 plus years and if you want to work out at the cleanest, best run gym in Chattanooga, this is the gym for you! Rachel keeps the gym exceptionally clean and she is a great manager who strives to make the gym a welcoming and safe place for everyone. Rachel should be commended for the exceptional job she does!
